Thesis Gold works to maximize employment and contracting benefits for First Nations members and businesses.
Since 2018, First Nations businesses have secured over $45 million CAD in contracts related to exploration, environmental monitoring, and site development.

Thesis Gold’s Board of Directors believes that good corporate governance improves corporate performance and benefits all shareholders.
Thesis has established regular meetings and communication with First Nation groups to facilitate ongoing engagement, and to discuss topics such as project updates, co-environmental management, employment and training opportunities, and economic opportunities, throughout the project’s lifecycle. By embedding these governance structures into our operations, we ensure First Nations play an active role in shaping our project.
